ORTHOPAEDICS
Modern diagnostics and surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We treat ligament injuries, luxations, fractures and other orthopaedic conditions using our own CT diagnostics, modern surgical techniques and high-quality orthopaedic implants.
NEUROSURGERY
Surgical treatment of selected spinal and neurological conditions. Each procedure is based on precise diagnostics and individual findings. We also perform hemilaminectomy and thoracic and lumbar laminectomy.
REHABILITATION
Follow-up care focused on recovery, restoring mobility and musculoskeletal function after surgery or injury. We use an underwater treadmill, shockwave therapy, magnetotherapy and rehabilitation laser.
VETERINARY ORTHOPAEDICS
Orthopaedic Specialist
Our orthopaedic services are led by MVDr. Michal Žilinčík, PhD, CertCVOS, who has many years of experience in veterinary orthopaedics. He specialises in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of orthopaedic conditions, selecting the most appropriate approach for each patient.
Modern Surgical Techniques
We use modern orthopaedic diagnostic and surgical techniques. We perform TPLO and its modifications, patellar luxation surgery and fracture fixation. When cruciate ligament rupture and patellar luxation occur together, we combine mTPLO with trochleoplasty.
High-Quality Orthopaedic Implants
We use high-quality Arthrex implants in orthopaedic procedures. Modern implant systems are used in the surgical treatment of fractures, joint injuries and other orthopaedic conditions according to each patient’s individual findings.
CT Diagnostics
Veterinary CT DX-Auto Plus
Our multifunction veterinary CT scanner enables fast imaging even for large dogs. It features a movable arm, dynamic imaging and low radiation exposure.
Anaesthesia & Monitoring
CVET CA23 & PM5000V
The anaesthesia system with controlled ventilation supports anaesthesia and patient ventilation during surgery. The monitor continuously tracks vital signs.
Surgical Technology
Kentamed ACTIS-150 & Harmonic Scalpel
The bipolar electrosurgical cautery is used for tissue coagulation during surgery. The harmonic scalpel uses ultrasound energy for simultaneous cutting and coagulation.
Sterilisation
SteriHero VET 23
Our 23-litre Class B steam steriliser uses hot steam to sterilise surgical instruments and prepare them for further use.

Intra-articular Therapy
Depending on the patient’s condition, we administer joint injections such as hyaluronic acid or corticosteroids.
Treatment of Joint Luxations
We treat joint luxations using modern surgical techniques tailored to the type of injury and each patient’s individual findings.

Every patient requires an individual approach. Based on the orthopaedic or neurological examination and diagnostic results, we choose the appropriate combination of conservative therapy, surgery and rehabilitation.

Hydrotherapy
Underwater Treadmill
Underwater treadmill therapy allows gentle movement with less stress on the joints. We use it after cruciate ligament or disc surgery, and to restore mobility and strengthen muscles.
Shockwave Therapy
SmartWave
Shockwave therapy is used for selected orthopaedic and neurological conditions, including arthritis, tendon inflammation and muscle injuries. It supports tissue regeneration and helps relieve pain.
Laser Therapy
B-Cure Laser
Rehabilitation laser uses light energy to reduce pain and swelling and support natural healing. We use it to promote the recovery of tissues, tendons, muscles and joints.
Magnetotherapy
La Magneto
Magnetotherapy uses pulsed magnetic fields as part of rehabilitation. It supports tissue regeneration, helps relieve pain and is used for selected musculoskeletal conditions.
